US Property Market experiencing spotty retrieval

The US property market seems to have tread on uneven ground for the past year with some unexpected highs and lows, but the Commerce Department is predicting a rise in the current financial year. Given the tough economic environment, this change is greatly welcomed. The housing market is expected to grow strong with new residential constructions going in full swing. In the current US property market, you see an abundance of all cash buyers. Things that gave way to instant buyers are distressed property bargains and sales promises that never panned out. The difficulty of procuring financing from banks also contributed to the rise of all cash buyers. The distressed property market contained an enormous amount of buyers who were keen on buying second homes. The foreclosure sales slurped up about 17% of land investment purchases. 11% of the sales were thought to be either second homes or vacation homes. The returns the US property market is reaping this year are easily the best in over 5 years. The total returns that came in last year were much lower when compared to the returns the year before that. Now, the tables have turned. People who held back for the past 4-5 years are now ready to invest in property. The US property market is ready to see a group of potential buyers who are ready to make home purchases. Some are waiting to see if this upward trend is going to stay at a steady pace, considering the unsteady nature of the past few years. On the other hand, if I want to sell my house fast and still get a good price, I have to seek the expertise of an agent who knows both the national and median prices.
